1. SERVICES

WholeSoul Nutrition provides functional nutrition consultations, personalised wellness programmes, educational resources, and lifestyle guidance.

Our services are intended to support your health and wellbeing but are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

4. CLIENTY RESPOSIBILITY

The success of any nutrition programme depends on various factors, including your commitment, medical condition, and individual response. Therefore, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

5. CONSULTATIONS & PROGRAMMES

Appointments are confirmed only after payment has been received.

Clients are expected to attend appointments at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter consultation without extension.

Missed appointments without prior notice may be treated as completed sessions.

6. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Appointments may be rescheduled by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Requests received within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation may be considered a missed appointment.

7. FEES & PAYMENTS

All consultation and programme fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged where required.

WholeSoul Nutrition reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Existing clients will continue under their agreed programme fee for the duration of their active programme.

8. REFUND POLICY

All consultation fees and programme payments are generally non-refundable.

Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, shall be at the sole discretion of WholeSoul Nutrition.

Unused consultations or programme sessions are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. INTLLECTUAL POLICY

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, meal plans, guides, programme materials, videos, downloads, and educational resources, is the intellectual property of WholeSoul Nutrition unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:
